The Department of State of the United States of Wings is a federal department and agency operating in the United States of Wings. One of the departments created upon the inauguration of Emerson Rief, the Department of State is responsible for the assessment, maintenance, or depletion of international relations as necessary for the well-being of the United States, and may negotiate treaties on its behalf.
