The New Horizon Party is a Baustralian party founded by Varuna Sriraya, the Marquess Ananttej of Pragjyotishpura and Arthur Lacey-Scott-FitzLacia, the Earl Lacey and Scott, after they defected from the Conservative Party. To remain eligible to be ministers of the crown, they formed a coalition upon formation with the Conservative Party, which formed part of the government under the Levinson ministry. It was since disbanded.
Within party structure, both founding peers are co-chairmen of the party, and hold equal status, however, for purposes of Parliament, Lord Ananttej of Pragjyotishpura is listed as Leader, and Lord Lacey and Scott as President.
