The Grand Union of Leftist Parties, more commonly the Union, or formerly the Worker's Party, was a Baustralian party. Founded by Aidan McGrath as the Worker's Party, it has had three leaders, the last being Charles Burgardt.

The party was known for its multiple attempts to merge. When McGrath took command in September 2019, he immediately approached the Socialist Party to merge into his party as they had shared similar goals toward communism. They merged in early September, and on 1 October, a letter was, in September, sent out to Charles Burgardt, the leader of the Liberal Party for a merger, and was signed on 1 October 2019. McGrath and Cameron Tau, the leader of the Libertarian party are currently discussing a merger.

The party was dissolved on 6 October 2019 by its last leader, former Prime Minister Aidan McGrath after resigning by the advice of the King after committing lèse majesté. It was reformed promptly after by the current leader, Emily Day. Her first idea was to rebrand the party as it was no longer strictly communist as reflected by McGrath, but a mix due to the merger.

The party was fully dissolved on 5 July 2020 by leader Charles Burgardt, reforming the former Liberal Party of Baustralia.
