The National Artist of Vishwamitra is the second-highest honorific title in Vishwamitra which is conferred on an individual for exceptional contributions to the national symbols, art and culture of the nation. It was constituted under the National Titles Act of 2020 enacted on 13 September 2020, which allowed the state to bestow special titles on individuals on their depiction of the highest level of services and contributions to the nation and the crown. The title of "national artist" shall only be conferred on any individual who has made the highest level of contributions to the designing of the nation's national symbols, including the national flag, national anthem, national coat of arms, etc.

The title of National Artist is granted along with the following special renumerations:

1. honorary or full citizenship of Vishwamitra (on the pleasure of the title-holder)
2. a peerage within the nation
3. membership to cultural institutions

The honorific title of National Artist has been conferred only thrice on three individuals for their highest contributions to Vishwamitra. Ștefan Marius Snagoveanu is the first-ever recipient of the title while Jayden Dagsa is the most-recent recipient of the title.

He was conferred with the honorific title for his contributions to the nation in the designing of the second national flag of Vishwamitra which was adopted on 11 October 2020. He is also the lyricist of the national anthem of Vishwamitra, which is yet another national symbol of the nation. In addition, he has depicted the highest level of contributions and services in the designing of flags and emblems for the administrative divisions of Vishwamitra.
	1 January 2021		Abrams Wiucki-Dunswed (born 2006)	Duke of the realm	Abrams Wiucki-Dunswed was granted the honorific title of the National Artist of Vishwamitra on 1 January 2021. He has depicted the highest level of contributions and services to Vishwamitra by designing the current national coat of arms which was adopted on 10 January 2021 and also the previous coat of arms which was used between August 2020 and January 2021.
	28 May 2021		Jayden Dagsa (born 2008)	Duke of the realm	Jayden Dagsa was granted the honorific title of the National Artist of Vishwamitra on 28 May 2021. He has depicted the highest level of contributions and services towards Vishwamitra in the field of art and culture and much to the heraldic society having played a great role in the designing of personal arms for the Rashtradhyaksh, the Rajpramukhs and several other royal family members and coat of arms for all the overseas territories. Dagsa has made numerous other contributions to the nation and is a true recipient of the title in a real sense.
