Micronational Organization Standardization of the United New England Micronations, or simply the MOSUNEM-1 is a system for encoding two and three letter codes for micronations (MOSUNEM 1-1) and their autonomous regions or territories, not states (MOSUNEM 1-2), and states (MOSUNEM 1-3), based on IMSO 1. MOSUNEM-1 is maintained and managed by the United New England Micronations. MOSUNEM-1 is used to make organization between the micronations in the UNEM. Though based and similar to IMSO 1, the codes in MOSUNEM-1 are assigned based on name, and if the micronation has a claim to a code not recognized by other micronations, the MOSUNEM-1 system automatically accepts that code for that micronation, such as the Republic of Roscamistan IMSO 1 alpha-3 code "RCM" which got selected for Roscamistan A-3 code.
There is 4 subdivisions to the MOSUNEM-1 system, which are the MOSUNEM 1-1, MOSUNEM 1-2, and MOSUNEM 1-3, and MOSUNEM 1-4 code’s which all have different uses. MOSUNEM 1-1 is used for micronations, and self-proclaimed sovereign states in the UNEM, MOSUNEM 1-2 is used for self-governing regions[a] and territories of UNEM member states, MOSUNEM 1-3 is used for federal government states/federal regions that are autonomous but under federal government of its nation, and MOSUNEM 1-4 is used for organizations, unions, and groups with in the UNEM. The system was adopted 3 May 2023 by Elizabeth Snowie Langley with 11 MOSUNEM 1-1 codes, 8 MOSUNEM 1-2 codes, 4 MOSUNEM 1-3 code’s, and later 2 MOSUNEM 1-4 codes were added.
