Joint Allied Defense and Peacekeeping Command
The Joint Allied Defense and Peacekeeping Command (JADPC) is a command-level army group that operates under the umbrella of the Allied Micronational Treaty Organization Response Forces. Its primary role is to safeguard the member states of the UMTA and maintain peace in the Tauranga Micronational Area, along with other micronational regions throughout the South Pacific.
With a strength of 263 troops spread across two land forces, the JADPC stands as the largest army command within the micronational world, making it one of the most substantial active micronational military forces globally.
The JADPC was established shortly before the outbreak of the Commonwealth-Empire War and became a significant force for the Commonwealth in the conflict. It saw extensive combat during the Battle of the General Assembly and proved to be instrumental in supporting operations conducted by the Philosostan Volunteer Brigade and the Democratic Armed Forces of UDROR (DAF) throughout the war.
In addition to its contributions to the war effort, the JADPC has a history of collaboration with various organizations. It has previously supported the Philosostan Volunteer Brigade, the Democratic Armed Forces of UDROR, and the TS Chatham Unit of the New Zealand Sea Cadet Corps.

History
On August 24, 2022, the Tauranga Allied Micronational Treaty Organization Response Forces (TAMTORF) identified the establishment of Philosostan, a co-governed territory within the Taurstan Anarchist Federation, also utilized by the Ultra Democratic Republic of Referendums. The TAMTO expressed a desire to join them, prompting the General Secretary to instruct the Chairman of the Allied Military Council to form a military group. Consequently, the Deputy Chairman established the Joint Allied Response Defense Battalion (JARDAB).
Shortly thereafter, the battalion commander expressed a desire for the group to receive training in defending a session of the General Assembly of the Coalition of United Micronations. During such a session, a conflict known as the First Battle of the General Assembly ensued. Cyber teams from the JARDAB engaged with cyberhackers from the Empire of Him, contributing to the defense of the Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations.
On August 25, due to the proactive efforts of the JARDAB, the Joint Allied Response Command Commonwealth (JARCOM), initially created to protect the Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations, was merged with the JARDAB.
On August 27, the Battalion Commander transferred command to Gen. Ethan Brinkman. This transition saw all TAMTORF forces integrated into this battalion as the organization shifted its focus towards the Commonwealth-Empire War, moving away from the Arstotzkan-Alliance War.
Following the dissolution of the Joint Control Government of Philosostan on August 29, the JARDAB announced its intention to remain on the Philosostan De-Militarized Zone (PDMZ) and the New Zealand border. This decision was made to safeguard international and intermicronational freedom of movement throughout the region. On the same day, the JARDAB declared its participation in an operation to reclaim Philosostan, with the aim of establishing Commonwealth control over the region, rather than joint TAF and UDROR control. The ultimate goal was to establish a free democratic intermicronational government.
After the conclusion of the Commonwealth-Empire War, the Commander of the Joint Allied Response Defense Battalion announced the group’s reformation and renaming to the Joint Allied Commonwealth Protection Command (JACPC). This newly formed entity would oversee the protection of the Commonwealth Defense Region. The General Secretary of the Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union announced that the 24th Special Forces Battalion of the 2nd Army Infantry Regiment would cease collaboration with the JACPC due to the group’s lack of requirement for it. However, the 24th would continue to operate at the request of any allied nation.
On March 1, 2023, JACPC Commander, Kmdt. Ethan Brinkman, announced a restructuring of the JACPC to better align it with other organizational standards.
Following the end of the Inter Coalition War and the withdrawal of major nations from the Coalition of United Micronations, the Joint Allied Commonwealth Protection Command transitioned into the peacekeeping wing of the UMTA. It was renamed the Joint Allied Defense and Peacekeeping Command, with the responsibility of protecting all UMTA and AMTO member states.
