People's Armed Forces Base: Fort Aromaunga is a military based located in the Angliyskiy Territory in the Hōrana state of the Arstotzkan Union. It is nicknamed the Camp David of the Arstotzkan Union as the First President has spent many Christmas' over the past ten years at the location.

On 27 December 2019, First President Ethan Brinkman began the Sovereignty Initiative on behalf of the Underground Government to help with the head of state being on sovereign Arstotzkan soil at all times. This created the base, which at the time was the largest territory of the Arstotzkan Union.

On 8 September 2023, the base was chosen as the home for the Arstotzkan Union Military Forces Headquarters as it is considered to be one of the most important bases in the People's Armed Forces, along with People's Armed Forces Base: Fort Vulcan.
