Underground Government of the Arstotzkan Union
The Underground Government of the Arstotzkan Union also known as the Arstotzkan National Government in Exile was the underground version of the Arstotzkan National Government. The majority of the Government was formed from the three close members of the Presidential Upper Cabinet. The Underground Government as its called, help plan the re-unification of the Arstotzkan Union on February 5, 2020. The government was dissolved on February 10, 2020 and re-established the National Government of the Arstotzkan Union.

History
On December 6, 2019, following the collapse of the Arstotzkan Summer Summit, the members of the Presidential Upper Cabinet quickly relocated major parts of the government into the Underground Government of the Arstotzkan Union.
