The Supreme Commander of the Joint Allied Defense and Peacekeeping Command is the commander of the Allied Micronational Treaty Organization's Joint Allied Defense and Peacekeeping Command. They are the head of the peacekeeping and front line troops of the organization. They are the third highest ranking individual in the organization, below the General Secretary and Chairman of the Allied Military Council in the order of succession.

The commander is also considered the second most powerful individual in the New Zealand micronational sector behind the Commander-in-Chief of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union.

The current Supreme Commander is General Ethan Brinkman of the Arstotzkan Army Corps.
