Macronationally, Su Yi-An is a political and environmental advocate. Ideologically, he identifies as an Eastasian Forwardist, anarcho-communist, libertarian socialist, progressive, and an eco-anarchist.

Early life

Su Yi-An was born in Taipei City, ROC (Taiwan) on 26 January 2007. His interest in micronationalism began when he first watched a video on famous micronations around the world, such as Molossia and Sealand, then watched the series How to Start Your Own Country, which introduced Danny Wallace, the founder of Lovely.

Micronational career

Republic of Koreston

Su Yi-An founded the Republic of Koreston on the first of August, 2018. He held a presidential election on 3 August and won with 100 percent in favor, being the only one running and voting. He declared war on the micronations founded by his two younger brothers, Greenlandia and Cauchista on 3 September 2018, and the two nations surrendered on 9 November, shortly after they were annexed into Koreston under the Treaty of Karona.

Federation of Vashira

The Republic of Koreston after annexing Greenlandia and Cauchista was reformed to a democratic federation between the three nations. A presidential election was also held and Su Yi-An was sworn in as the First President of the Federation. However, due to the small population of the Federation, Vashira was ruled by a de facto dictatorship by the President.

Valdecottan Federation

Due to his loss of interest in the Federation of Vashira, the Federation quickly went inactive within a month of creation. As a last attempt to revive micronationalism in Vashira, he reformed the Federation to allow for more autonomy within regions. The reforms worked for about two months before inactivity spiked again, and on 5 April 2019 the Valdecottan Federation was dissolved.

Revolutionary Republic of Koreston

In an attempt to retake power after his brother Su Yi-Chuang established the United Republic of Cauchi Korest, he staged a coup and was temporary the Marshall of Revolutionary Koreston. However, after 4 days the RRK was forced to surrrender.

Intercontinental Cooperative Republic of Andareidia

After the end of the URCK, he personally started many changes in the government that would allow for more citizenship participation and professional micronationalism, and they were fairly well implemented. Andareidia's first election on October 20 elected Su Yi-An into office as the first President of Andareidia, and he started plans for Andareidia's expansion. With the help of ties to some US citizens, he successfully the US citizens to declare independence from the United States and join the ICRA, this new territory was named "Greater Appalachia". However, just a week after the annexation of Greater Appalachia, mainland Andareidia located in Taipei lost contact with the citizens residing in Greater Appalachia, and was later confirmed to have rejoined the United States of America. Su Yi-An decided to take a break from micronationalism after the incident, and that's also when he began reading political literature, especially those from the far left, including Karl Marx's Das Kapital and the Communist Manifesto. He combined communist ideologies with his own views and opinions, and eventually developed an ideology called Forwardism, often referred to as Eastasian Forwardism.

Andareidia Civil War (Eastasian Revolution)

He later published the Forwardist Manifesto: A Call to Action, and attempted to start a forwardist revolution in Andareidia. However, his ideas were met with backlash, which resulted in the Andareidia Civil War. The Forwardist Revolutionary Front prevailed in the end, and established the Forwardist Republic of Eastasia. The first handwritten copy of the Forwardist Manifesto was lost around January 2020, and Su Yi-An is still working on the second updated version of the Forwardist Manifesto, which will contain much more information.

Forwardist Republic of Eastasia

The original goal of Eastasia according to Su Yi-An himself, was to promote leftism, leftist ideals, and clearing up the name of socialism and communism in the region of East Asia, not just Forwardism. A forwardist government and the first political party in the history of his micronational career, the Forwardist Party of Eastasian Unity were established, but it nonetheless suffered the same fate as previous micronational projects, inactivity due to small population. In this period, he didn't put too much effort into building Eastasia because he was mainly focused on political theory and his school work. Eastasia's rise in micronationalism started when Chien Chia-Heng merged his micronation with Eastasia, tripling the population size and also adding new territories to Eastasia. He also applied Eastasia for observership in the Reformed Intermicronational Confederation, and was later promoted to full member. This was when Eastasia fully presented itself to the micronational community by reaching out to friendly nations and learning from them. Su Yi-An then ran for Vice Chair of the RIC, and was elected into office as part of the Fifth Administration. Eastasia's popularity further grew with the FRE Discord server, which welcomed overseas citizens to join Eastasia.

Republic of the Union of Eastasia

With population and popularity on the rise, Su Yi-An and Chien Chia-Heng felt the need to reform the government of Eastasia, and so the February Reforms were passed. A social contract was drafted, and governmental positions were legitimized. Overall, the February Reforms were a great success. He currently holds office as the Leader of the RUE, Co-chair of the FPEU, and one of the Chairs of the Pan-Leftist Unification Movement.

Vishwamitra

Su Yi-An is the current Vishwamitran Ambassador to the Republic of Taiwan, and the first office holder of this position. He has also received several honours for his diplomatic service. He was elected to the 14th Lok Sabha on 22 November 2021 and represented the Dhirenpara parliamentary constituency of Madhya Prant. He formerly was a member of the Green Socialist Party but later resigned from the party and became an independent politician.

Kirael

He established the Confederation of Kiraelian Anarchists and Libertarians, a far-left party in Kirael. Su Yi-An (known in Kirael as Saionji Kintsune), was nominated into the State Assembly on 15 April 2021, and was then elected Prime Minister after winning the PM election. However, he resigned on 18 June 2021 due to personal issues relating to schoolwork, the CKAL also disbanded after his resignation.
