Tseleryna officially the Royal Municipality of Tseleryna, is the capital, and largest city of the Kingdom of Bradonia, consisting of a total population of five subjects. Tseleryna acts as the seat of power for both the Monarch and the Royal Bradonian Government and is additionally the location of most if not all government institutions. Tseleryna, like Fort Lavender, holds one of the official residences of the Monarch and the Royal Family, the Tsarstrina Palace, which is also commonly referred to as the "Palace of Tsars".
Tseleryna, like most of Bradonia, is an isolated exclave that is located within the Denver Metropolitan Area, being one of the only exclaves located within Colorado instead of Texas. Tseleryna, due to its special status as the capital and important role in both the government and the nation as a whole, is considered to be the most important cultural, political, and social core of the Bradonian Realm.
Originally established as the Denver Colony on July 5th, 2022, the territory that would come to make up Tseleryna was once a small colonial holding that was located within Denver, and served the purpose of ensuring that the transition from Sonoma to Denver went smoothly. However, despite the minimalistic role both Colorado and Denever played in the development of Bradonia, Tseleryna would become a core part of Bradonia as "Bradyburg", and later join the Royal Province of Dechnya, however, after some internal disputes and findings, Tseleryna was quickly proclaimed the capital of Bradonia, and serves as the location of the Monarch.
Unlike the Royal Provinces, Tseleryna enjoys nominal jurisdiction as a Royal Municipality, and as such, possesses a local government that is overseen by the Monarch who regulates the Royal Municipality to ensure that it meets Bradiotic Law and remains stable.
