General Secretary Rozza was one of the founding men of the Union of South London Soviet Socialist Republics. He at first disputed the legitimacy of the President but grew quiet after becoming the General Secretary. His powers are far reaching and he is at the forefront of communist theory in the USLSSR. Meaning he is the go to man for many of the nations decisions. He was awarded the title of Hero of the USLSSR for his actions during the Second War for Victoria
