The Most Gallant Order of the Queenslandian Distinguished Service is the 2nd Military honour of the Kingdom of Queensland Built by Edward IX of Queensland in honour of those who benefited the nation and the military and the people.

Grades
The Order of the Queenslandian Distinguished Service Valour is conferred in five grades, with the highest grade being reserved for generals and honorary generals in the Queenslandian Armed Forces, however extraordinary appointments could be made.
