Clause 1 of Article 45 of the Constitution of Vishwamitra mentions:
There shall be a Supreme Court of Vishwamitra of a Chief Justice of Vishwamitra and, until the Rashtradhyaksh by law prescribes a larger number, of not more than four other Judges.
The first judge to be appointed under the new Constitution of 2021 was Justice Carson Snyder who was appointed on 1 December 2021.
