The Most Excellent John Fenandez (born John Fenandez 23 August 2007) is a Filpino micronationalist and social leader who is the first Governor of the Province of Motofia, an overseas province of Roscamistan, located in the Philippines. Fenandez was also a Barnlandar politician in the days when it was still a Minecraft nation, serving as the first Prime Minister of Barnland from February 2021 to 20 June 2021 when the Minecraft Barnland was dissolved. He is also the first Count of Nay-jerm-vea in the Peerage of Barnland and the second Minister-President of the Second Empire of Barnland.
Early and personal life
Early life
Fenandez was born on 23 August 2007 in the Philippines. Not much is known on his early life but that he was born in the Philippines and was a big fan of Minecraft.
Time in politics
Barnland as a Minecraft nation
He met Thomas Jacobs online on the NetherGames Minecraft server in September 2020, playing skyblock. Overtime they played on Minecraft many times, and often gave each other shoutouts on their respective YouTube channels. Eventually Fenandez was invited to join the NaturaCraft server, and joined the Minecraft nation of Barnland. In February 2021, upon the return of Thomas Jacobs (whose Minecraft alias at the time was SixMeteor) to the Barnlander presidency, he made the nation a federal semi-presidential republic. SixMeteor became Executive President, while Fenandez became the first Prime Minister of Barnland, staying in the position till the dissolution of Barnland on 20 June 2021.
Roscamistan
Fenandez joined Roscami politics on 17 February 2022 when his house and the surrounding area became the overseas Province of Motofia. Da Remington became the first Governor of Motofia, and unusually, Jacobs did not make the province autonomous, leaving John Fenandez as an active Governor. He also became the first Ambassador of Roscamistan to the Philippines. He became the first Chief Minister of Motofia as well on 22 February 2022. Fenandez was appointed a senator by Doros Patusky on 19 April 2022, and after the first senate election, he was re-elected.
Empire of Barnland
On 17 February 2022, Acting Minister-President Xen, also leader of the Federal Xenate of Xenlandia was sacked by the Monarch Thomas I. Fenandez was appointed to be the 2nd Minister-President and was made the hereditary Count of Nay-jerm-vea, making him leader of the House of Lords.
