The Chief Minister, officially the Chief Minister of the Province of Motofia, was the head of government in the Province of Motofia from 22 February 2022 to 26 April 2022. The position was created on 22 February 2022 when Motofia was given autonomy, and was abolished when the Governor of Motofia became an elected position.
The Chief Minister was the de facto leader of the province, and in reality, led the Motofian Cabinet in the name of the Governor of Motofia. The Provincial Assembly is a temporarily direct democratic institution, with all citizens allowed to vote on bills.
