Barnland (Minecraft era)
Barnland, officially the State of Barnland, was an independent republic, empire, republic again and a state of the Royal Commonwealth of Zacharies on the Minecraft bedrock realm of NaturaCraft.

Barnland was established first as the rebel State of Barnland in October 2020 which took over the Outpost of Warner, which was a part of the Commonwealth in the original season or “term” of NaturaCraft by Thomas Jacobs, known on Minecraft as SixMeteor917433, and a legal entity under de facto suzerainty of the Commonwealth with SixMeteor as the first President in November 2020 as the Republic of Barnland, and a guy called ATeam as the first Vice President.
History after the second season or “term”
the President was unable to get a device that could update to the latest version of Minecraft, so the President did the day to day affairs on Discord on the official server of the NaturaCraft realm run by realm owner Anomallayz, first President of the Commonwealth from that nation’s founding in October 2020 to January 2021. SixMeteor’s representative for a time was a guy known online as Walnut who ran the country as Viceroy. In late 2020, SixMeteor was elected for the first time for a second term by popular vote, to legitimise his presidency, he won with over 60% of the vote.

A period of autocratic rule by the elected President, SixMeteor, lead to him in January 2021 to declare the Empire of Barnland, with him as Emperor of Barnland. However, Anomallayz disapproved of this, as he was King of the CRN, the Civic Republic of Natura, the league of the Commonwealth, Barnland and the Equinox, who became allies of the Commonwealth in term two, but only Barnland months later, saw this as trying to put himself higher than the King of the CRN, so Anomallayz sacked SixMeteor, and replacing him with CuteEgirl as President of the Republic of Barnland. For a month, SixMeteor was a disgraced politician, losing his most prized possessions, the Presidency of Barnland and his ability to play on Natura due to technical issues

SixMeteor, IRL known as Thomas Jacobs, had become President of Roscamistan while being out of the Barnland presidency, returned to the Barnland presidency after CuteEgirl resigned and became a citizen of the Commonwealth, SixMeteor became in succession President of the Federal Republic of Barnland, the President of the United Federal Republic of Barnland, and the President of the CRN-affiliated Republic of Barnland, all federal states as opposed to the First Republic, which was a unitary state, during that time as well, the Nation switched from a full presidential republic to a semi-presidential system, with MidCrazy Fish, a Filipino friend of SixMeteor, as the first Prime Minister of Barnland and SixMeteor as the Executive President of Barnland. Also the President was re-elected for a fourth term a few days after returning to the Presidency to legitimise his presidency again. In late March 2021, SixMeteor went inactive from discord, though his general online presence still existed, just not as the persona SixMeteor, in those months of inactivity, the Republic of Roscamistan grew and matured, with Thomas Jacobs, doing many things as President of Roscamistan and was still head of state of Barnland and acting head of government as Prime Minister MidCrazy Fish was banned for arguing with the owner and many of the admins of the server. Also in that time, the Commonwealth became a monarchy with Anomallayz as the first King of the Royal Commonwealth of Zacharies after successive failures by the “described by some” as “brain dead” “power hungry” and “greedy” ministers of the republican commonwealth, like Trayce, enemy of SixMeteor, who become the second President of the republican Commonwealth in late January 2021 succeeding Anomallayz who became King of the CRN, and was sacked in February 2021 the same month as the founding of Roscamistan, with SixMeteor as provisional President of the Commonwealth for a bit, until the return of Ano.
Commonwealth election
In around Chinese New Years, the first direct election for President of the Commonwealth was on the way with the two major candidates being Trayce, former President, and President SixMeteor of Barnland, the election was cancelled at the last moment when Trayce was banned for inappropriate behaviour and SixMeteor refused to give up the Barnland Presidency if he won, SkullCreeper was later appointed President by Ano.
End of Minecraft Barnland
After SixMeteor returned to discord temporarily, his old ally and former Vice President of the republican Commonwealth, R4mbunctious welcomed his return not knowing it wasn’t to be long, but finding out the Commonwealth changed from a Federal Presidential Republic to a Federal Parliamentary Semi-constitutional monarchy with Anomallayz as King, SixMeteor, in his capacity as acting Prime Minister and acting Secretary of State, asked for Barnland’s survival for it to join the Commonwealth as an autonomous state, King Anomallayz accented to this and in July 2021, Barnland, became a state of the Royal Commonwealth of Zachries, this marked the end of the independent republic, but SixMeteor kept the title of Emperor of Barnland, as an honour to his many services to the Commonwealth, Barnland, CRN and to Natura, holding the rank of an OG, the only people who called such, are the members of the original term of NaturaCraft.
Revival
On 25 November 2021, County Leitrim was declared the Second Empire of Barnland, reviving the Barnlandar state, this time free of Anomallayz’s or the CRN’s control. Thomas Jacobs crowned himself the Emperor of Barnland, proclaiming his new empire.
Dissolution and absorption
On 18 October 2022, Thomas Jacobs dissolved the Second Incarnation of Barnland as an Imperial State due to an era of prolonged inactivity. The Kingdom of Dungailliamh then absorbed the Empire as the Barnland Territory.
Legacy
Barnland and SixMeteor have both left a mark on NaturaCraft, both of whose memories shall live on until the last OG leaves the Bedrock realm or the Java Server.
