Not to be confused with the predecessor Minecraft nation of the same name called Barnland, which was at many times, a rebel state, unitary republic, empire, federal republic and state of the Commonwealth at time of dissolution.

Barnland, officially the Second Incarnation of Barnland as an Imperial State (also known as the Empire of Barnland) is a state in the County Leitrim. The current monarch is Emperor Andrew I, known in Roscamistan as Marshal Andrew Brotherton, who crowned himself on 27 November 2021. Barnland is also a member of the West Ireland Pact, made up of Roscamistan, Barnland, Ballinfoyleburg, the East Galway Commune, and Seprana, which is dedicated to protecting micronationalism in the west of Ireland.
History
The Empire was founded on the 25 November 2021 as the personal realm of Andrew Brotherton to have after his inevitable retirement from Roscami politics. He made it a semi-constitutional monarchy. It became a serious venture in February 2022 when Jan da Remington, an old online friend of Andrew Brotherton’s, became the Head of the Government.
Government
The Empire is an semi-constitutional monarchy with the monarch being head of state and of executive, and a separate head of government. The Minister-President is the head of government of the Empire and serves at the pleasure of the Monarch, the current Minister-President is Jan da Remington, who replaced Acting Minister-President Xen on 17 February 2022.
Military
The Empire’s military is the Imperial Barnlandar Forces, under the Monarch who is the Commander in Chief.
Culture
The culture is Imperialist-Irish, limited to the Empire. The Monarch is the champion of Barnlandar culture, serving for life.
Laws
The laws are created by proposing bills in either chambers of the Great People’s Congress, the legislature of the nation. The Emperor has veto power and uses it necessary or in crisis. The Emperor also appoints the peers of the upper house known as the House of Lords, with all seats being hereditary.
