Joey I of Sakuragrad (born Joey vd H.) is a Pavlovian Noble.
He is the founder of the Royal Pavlovian Gendarmerie. He first met Deniz I of Pavlov in early 2004. They had a common interest for history.
Personal life
Besides his native Dutch, Joey speaks English and German very fluently. He also understands basic Japanese.
