The Fifth Jacobs Cabinet was formed on the 6th of August 2023 by Thomas Jacobs, after the August purge done by him. It was the 8th cabinet, and the 2nd after Federation. The National Catholic League serves as the leading party of the cabinet, followed by independents and Alliance for Freedom.

The Jacobs VI cabinet succeeded the fifth cabinet in January 2024.
