The Minister of Trade (Irish: Aire Trádála) is the head of the Ministry of Trade, and a key figure in the trade aspect in the national economy. The position was formed on 19 June 2022 and given to Nyck Bradaten, who had previously served a minister without portfolio.
The Minister of Trade, alongside the Minister of Labour, are directly responsible for the administration of state enterprises, as per the State Enterprises Act 2023.
The incumbent trade minister is Nyck Bradaten since 19 June 2022.
