The Order of the Mongkol Samphan (Thai: เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันเป็นเกียรติราชมงคลสัมพันธ์) or more formally, the Most Auspicious Order of the Mongkol Samphan is the highest order of chivalry of the Empire of Huai Siao. It was founded by Emperor Pao on 12 August 2020 and is conferred only upon the heads of state of allied nations for their extraordinary services to advancing diplomacy and friendship between Huai Siao and their parent nation.
History
The Order of the Mongkol Samphan was enacted by a law decree on 1 January 2020 by Emperor Pao, as a royal decoration for the heads of state of foreign nations, irrespective of their position.
