Constitution of the Empire Huai Siao 2562 (Thai:รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งจักรวรรดิห้วยเสี้ยว รัชศกปีเปา ๒๕๖๒) It is the first constitution of the Empire Huai Siao. It is the first constitution that comes from the Council of State Advisors. However,the substance of this constitution increases the power of the emperor. This is a widespread criticism. This constitution has 8 sections the transitional porovisons, 80 sections.

The origin

This constitution comes from State Advisory Council. To draft a constitution according the will of Emperor Pao. Because earlier Huai Siao was ruled by an absolute monarchy, the emperor was the supreme authority in his rule.

The constitution is the homeland of the people and the duties of the state. The birth of the Legislature was the first to consider legislation. The majority of the members of the legislature are the majority of the royal family.
