Council of Ministers (Huai Siao)

The Council of Ministers (คณะเสนาบดี/คณะรัฐมนตรี) is the group of people having legal authority in the administration of the State affairs, called the Council of Ministers, consisting of the Prime Minister and various minister. Is responsible for the administration of the State affairs in the Huai Siao Empire.

Minister's qualifications

There must be no prohibitions according to the 2019 Constitution of the Huai Siao Empire.

• Must have Thai nationality Or nationality Huai Siao.
• No personal lawsuit or is currently in litigation.
• Must not hold an independent civil service position Or government officials in any position.
• Can be from a member of the House of Representatives or a third person.
