The Bailiwick of New Eastern Vestmanna is one of three Crown Dependencies of Queensland, Queensland's newest Crown Dependencies. It was established in 2021 by Her Majesty Queen Juliana VIII and was endorsed by the New Territories Surveyor Team of Queensland.

New Eastern Vestmanna is one of four Queensland designated green areas (including Bouillon-Greenland, New Arnemuiden and New Port Stanley) for the sake of future conservation as a result of Ministerial Meeting 0620.
