Presidential primaries began on 15 February 2024 and ended on 16 February 2024 for the 28 February presidential election in the Åland State. This was the first presidential primary in the Åland State after the second draft of the constitution. It was between Axel Himberg, Wilmer Himberg and Marius Åkerblom. Axel Himberg would win Cerkö and Sugg. There would be a tie between Wilmer and Marius leading to it being Wilmer as Marius was not in Finland.
