The Constitution of the Empire of Urielandia of 2018, popularly well-known inside the country as the "Imperial Constitution", was the governing document of the Empire of Urielandia, which determined the laws of the country from 2010 to the dissolution of the micronation in 2021-2022. It replaced the only republican constitution promulgated in 2012. Like the former constitution written 6 years ago, the Emperor Uriel I, Emperor of Urielandia once again wrote the content of the newer one, so it could fit the demands of the Empire and the population. Since its promulgation, the Constitution has been subject of little reforms, being December 10th, 2018, the first constitutional reform.
Content
It has 168 articles, each divided in titles and subtitles respectively and also the fundamental law includes the General Dispositions for protecting the Empire's Integrity which holds the final dispositions that came into force by law, with the purpose of making sure that the integrity of the nation is being protected by its people.
Amendments to the Constitution
As of May 2020, the Constitution has not been subject of a constitutional amendment, but of referendum. The first constitutional reform took place on December 10th, 2018.
