Ikonians are all those counted towards the population of the Kingdom of Ikonia in accordance with said country's nationality laws. This includes all permanent residents of Ikonia itself, as well as those living outside the Empire who have been granted Ikonian nationality through laws ruled by the King.
Most Ikonians live in the Royal Residence - only 11 of them live outside the Kingdom.
