Nicolò Alvisi (born June 22, 1993) is the Deputy Prime Minister, former 2nd First Ambassador of St.Charlie, and Vice-Secretary General of the St.Charlian Socialist Party. He formerly served as Minister of Justice of the Second Reinhardt Administration, from 2010 to 2011, and internal member of the Socialist Party from mid-2009 until his nomination and he was Prime Minister of St.Charlie during the 3rd Legislature.
Alvisi was nominated Minister of Justice by Alexander Reinhardt on January 6, 2010, and officially resigned after serving for 366 days and with several works as First Judge of the St.Charlian Supreme Court, including the first draft of the Penal and Civil Code. He was elected Vice Secretary-General of the SCSP by party members on April 20, 2010, succeeding founder Fabiana Gallo della Loggia, but was chosen as primary candidate instead of De Armis for the General Elections of 2011 against the former Prime Minister.
Alvisi subsequently won the presidency by 63.6% of the popular vote in the Federal and Parliamentary elections, gaining 6 of the 10 seats of the General Assembly. The first Socialist head of Government since the birth of St.Charlie as a Kingdom in 2000, and the first Prime Minister to come from Tor Pendente, he was sworn into office as Prime Minister by President Lisa Cassidy on January 8, 2011.
On January 14, 2011, with the creation of the G20, a group of nations that appeared on the OAM Influence Survey he was chosen to be its Secretary-General. However, the organisation was later disestablished by OAM Secretary-General Aldrich Lucas on April 15.
