Lúcia Kitayama Bringel is a Japanese-Brazilian micronationalist, kart driver, and content creator, who has served as the inaugural president of Forestia since 9 April 2022, being reelected in 2023. She also serves as the current acting director for the Forestian Aerospace and Aeronautics Agency, as well as being the Conference of Santiago's Secretary of Environment since 7 July 2023. Lúcia is also the founder and current leader of the Forestian Workers' Party.
