The Federal Government of Forestia (Portuguese: Governo Federal, Japanese: 連邦政府, Russian: федеральное правительство) is the national government of the Federal Republic of Forestia and its territories which is responsible for operating the country. The government is divided into three branches: the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary. The executive branch is led by the President and the cabinet. The judiciary is managed by the Supreme Court and Superior Court. The legislative branch is led by the National Assembly and the Constitution.

The legislation of Forestia is managed by the unicameral National Assembly (Portuguese: Assembleia Nacional, Japanese: こくみんぎかい, Russian: национальное собрание), which consists of:
- The President
- The Vice President
- The President of the National Assembly
- Senators which are either elected or appointed
- The Ministers
- The State Governors
Judicial branch
Currently, Forestia only possesses two courts: the Supreme Court, and the Superior Court. Both courts operate under the adversarial system.
