The president of the Federal Republic of Forestia (Portuguese: Presidente da Republica Federal de Forestia, Japanese: フォレスティア連邦共和国大統領, Ukrainian: президент Федеративної Республіки Форестія), also known as the president of Forestia, is both the head of state and the head of government of Forestia, as well as being the supreme leader of the Armed Forces. The president leads the federal government and is one of the highest figures in the National Assembly. As per instructed in the Constitution of Forestia, the president is directly elected via votes from Forestian citizens, and remains in office for a total of six months. The incumbent president is Lúcia Kitayama Bringel.
Eligibility
To be eligible to run for president, one is required to:
- Be a citizen of Forestia for at least 5 days.
- Be at least 13 years of age before the election
- Be registered within a political party or as independent
