Semi-Autonomous Region (SAR)
The semi-autonomous regions (SAR) are, as implied by the name, regions with a larger level of autonomy from the capital, compared to Forestian states. SARs are designated by the central government as having a high degree of autonomy in regards to their internal affairs, and are given a certain level of independence from the central government in Vale Plano. The only territory that is classified as a SAR is Yuwa-Kati.
