Independent management service of Urabba Parks

Not to be confused with the Urabbaparcensian Governance Service.

The independent management service of Urabba Parks is the collective name for functionally independent agencies of the Urabbaparcensian Government.

Legal basis

Subsection 67(3) of the Constitution of Urabba Parks provides that occupants of places falling in category G and category I may only be removed by their employing agency, or on the advice of the Corporate Parliament. This protects the independence of agencies in the independent management service by protecting the holders of senior managerial positions in those agencies from removal by Ministers alone.
