The Founders of Easway; Ez: Kazelëcski vi Ezerrye; Nr: Jarnske grunnleggere; Ru: Основатели Эзерии; are the principle officials who, during the Mainland of Easway period, united the Easwegian national movement under the Banner of the Ouroboros and led the Easwegian Rewakening, initially establishing a polity on Bear Island and later Hopen. The Founders of Easway, a group which saw additions over its course, are defined by the Co-operative Government as any official who held a principle role in establishing Easway from the establishment of the underground CCEA on 20 October 2015 to the enactment of the Eleventh Amendment to the Constitution, marking the nation's rename as the Realm of Easway on 31 December 2020.

The Founders of Easway were responsible for uniting the peoples of the Barents Region under the common identity of Easwegians, signing the Declaration of Independence as a multi-ethnic secular nation on 19 December 2017, ratifying the Constitution of Easway on 14 January 2020, franchising Pomors as an ethnic group through the incorporation of Hopen in May 2020, and establishing the nation as a semi-direct democracy through the Tenth Amendment in late November 2020. Continuing in their national renaissance, the Founders incorporated Kong Karls Land (renamed to the Common Sailors Park) on 31 December 2020 and renamed Easway to the Realm of Easway on 1 January 2021, marking a new era.

Emilierzei Meizcherni-Zerri, Emizerri

Emilierzei Meizcherni-Zerri (born 2000), adopting the name of Emizerri in 2015 (Zerri being Ezerryen for Easwegian), held the largest role in the creation of the Cyber Council Easwegian Alliance (CCEA) late that same year, alongside fellow Oelaanni Creizoun and Dr. Micou. Quickly building the organisation and elected to the role of Subdirector Major, Emizerri led the Easwegian Rewakening as Grand Marshal. Following independence in December 2017, Emizerri was elected unanimously as the chief of state, a position he would hold for the next seven consecutive years.
