The Dale Transitional Council was the 1 month standing provisional government which developed the transition from the Kingdom of the Dale Empire and the Dale Republic (Republic of Woking), the transitional council ended with the first October 2011 Dale Presidential elections which ended with a wipe out victory to the nationalist, Woking Independence Party. The Party was lead by the former king, Danny Clarke.

The official switch over from the Kingdom of the Dale Empire and the Dale Transitional Council and the transition of power from the king, King Danny Clarke I to the Dale Transitional Council took place on the 22nd September 2011, which would have been the 4 month anniversary of the Kingdom of the Dale Empire's founding. The switch over from the Dale Transitional Council and the Dale Republic and the tranition of power from the Dale Transitional Council to the Dale Assembly took place on the 26th October 2011.

The Dale Transitional Council showed the first introduction of daleism in the micronational world. Daleism is a mixture of one party system, coalition and democracy, the name given to this system is daleism being named after the Dale Republic from where it was founded. The system works as a separate single party system for each administrative division, this single party system per district is involved in a national coalition made up of the multiple single party systems and finally democracy is used to decide which party becomes president or prime minister, with all other offices decided by the national assembly, congress, parliament or council.
