The Dale Republic Football Association (DRFA), is the official football association and governing body of football of the Dale Republic and was originally founded as simple the "Dale Football Association" on the 21st September 2011 for the Dale Empire and later the original Dale Republic, it was re-established on April 15, 2013 and again in June 2015. The Dale Republic Football Association is responsible for organizing the Dale national football team and is based in the Woking City.

It is the organization of the football players of both Dale and English citizenship who wish to play for the Dale national football team. The Dale Football Association is a founding member of the Union of International Football, although decided to take observer status initially because of a limited likelihood of meeting the player requirements for full membership. The President of the DFA has long been James Hunt, also manager of the Dale national football team since the role was passed to him by then King Danny Clarke I.

On Thursday 31 October, 2013, the Dale Football Association, Caladonian Football Association and the Westlandian Football Association agreed the formation of the Dale-Westland Football Union an international governing body of association football in the Delsh-Westlandian Federal Republic, however this quickly collapsed with the dissolving of the Delsh-Westlandian Federal Republic is 2014.

President

The first chairman of the DFA was King Danny Clarke I but he said "he was hoping to find a replacement for the post very quickly", and on the 29th June, 2011, the chairman of the original DFA was changed from caretaker chairman King Danny Clarke I and was replaced with his royal adviser James Hunt. The position of chairman was generally faded out as the term president was used in its place more and more often to refer to the position, James has retained this position ever since and retook the position when the DFA was re-established in 2013 following a unofficial disestablishment of the organisation with the disestablishment of the Dale Republic in late 2012.
