Skuliya (Belarusian: Скулія) officially the Federal Republic of Skuliya (Belarusian: Федэратыўная Рэспубліка Скулія), was a self-proclaimed sovereign state or micronation, located in Eastern Europe established on 9 February 2015. For the last two years of its existence it was a presidential republic.
History
Early history
History by sources whine begins in 2011, according to some sources in 2003. When in 2003 on the territory of the small square formed neideesposobnoe State of IQ citizens, prefix "IQ" is preserved in the name of the State until 2011. The first ruler Cheeks said Valery Struzhko who is the director of the territory. Struzhko rules from the beginning of the base of the cheekbones until 2015, when he was deposed Kitik Eugene, who founded the dynasty Kitikovyh and became king. Kitik was king Skulovtsev six months while the state has not occurred "White Revolution", according Kitik defected to the rebels to save themselves for power.
2016-2017 Political Crisis
Kingdom of Skulia (2016-2018)
People's Republic (2018-2020)
The Kingdom of Skulia gradually evolved into the People's Republic in July–November 2018, as King Eugene revised his monarchist views. For the next 18 months the Peasant Union of Skulia exercised authority over the micronation. In April 2020 Yevgeny Kitikov and his main ally, Daniil Krasnitsky of Loneyard, left Skulia, and it was given to Pavel Korchagin, then monarch of Waldreich.
Federal Republic (since 2020)
After one week of Korchagin's rule, another Belarusian micronationalist Konstantin Tolstoy came to power, supported by Cobra, and the Federal Republic of Skulia was declared on 26 April 2020. As Cobrists lost their interest in Skulia relatively soon, it became inactive for the next two years, until Yevgeny Kitikov declared that Skulia ceases its activities as a micronation on 24 April 2022.

It represents the panel of gold, red and blue colors.
