The Police of the Åland State (Swedish: Polis) is a national government agency responsible for general police and law enforcement matters in the Åland State. The Police of the Åland State operates under the ministry of interior. The Police of the Åland State would be involved in the 2024 Åland State coup d'état and would be the first to fight French Republic royalists. The Police is led by the president according to the constitution of the Åland State but operates under the ministry of interior. The police can also function as the border guard of the Åland State. The police has their hedquarters in Börkö.
