The Parliament of Empire of Huai Siao is divided into two Parliament is House of Representatives and Council of State Advisors According to the provisions of the constitution of Huai Siao Parliament holds in the legislative branch a legal institution that benefits the health of the people.

House of Representatives

Members of the House of Representatives are elected according to the Constitution of the Huai Siao Empire. From two people elected in each district Members of the House of Representatives must belong to a political party and have the power and duty to enact laws to approve the law.

Authority of House of Representatives

  • Legislative power
  • The power to propose / issue legislation
  • The power to inspect civil servants and the king
  • Power to remove / dismiss civil servants
  • The power to not accept the royal order

Property of House of Representatives

  • Must have a Hmong nationality / Thai nationality
  • No gender
  • Must be 10 years old or more
  • Not holding double civil servant positions
  • Must never have a history of bad history
  • Must have good behavior

Council of State

The Council of State is elected by the people according to the Huai Siao constitution and has the authority to approve the law after the House of Representatives.
