The Neo-Rhenish nobility is the peerage of the Independent State of the New Southern Rhine. It consists of the holders of the titles of baron, count, prince and duke which are granted and can be revoked at any minute by the King. A characteristic of the Neo-Rhenish peerage system is the similarity to the Ebenthali nobility. All titles are personal, life-long and non-transferable, and their heredity depends on the Sovereign's confirmation.
