National symbols of Landopia

The Landopian national symbols are the symbols that uniquely identify the Kingdom of Landopia, reflecting its history and culture. They serve to represent the Nation through emblems, metaphors, personifications, allegories, common to all Landopian people. Some of them are official, that is, recognized by the landopian state authorities, while others are part of the country's identity without being defined normatively.

Coat of Arms of the Royal Family

Blazon

The coat of arms of the Royal Family of the Kingdom is that of the House of Cristosomi-Baldovini. The creation of the new coat of arms and the house was thought of after the King assessed the non-playfulness of the previous coat of arms, derived from three existing and truly noble families. On 17 December 2023 the King proclaimed the creation of the new Royal Coat of Arms, based on the standards of Landopian heraldry. Below is the blazon of the coat of arms:

First Old National flag	1:2	The First Old National flag, (italian: Prima Vecchia Bandiera nazionale), was the first national flag of the Principality of Landopia, used from 20 december 2018 since 16 february 2022. It is made of three horizontal bands (two blue bands on the top and bottom and, in the center, a white band), which here, on the center, is indicated a golden fleur-de-lys. In the first band is indicated a white star, representing the hope of the people of Landopia. Second Old National flag	2:3	The Second Old National flag, (italian: Seconda Vecchia Bandiera nazionale), was the second national flag of both the Principality and the Kingdom of Landopia, used from 16 february 2022 since 17 december 2023. It is made of three horizontal bands (two blue bands on the top and bottom and, in the center, a white band), which here, on the left, is indicated the first coat of arms of the Cristosomi-Baldovini family. Flag of the Prime Minister (President of the Council of the Ministers)	2:3	The Flag of the Prime Minister, or formally the Flag of the President of the Council of the Ministers (italian: Bandiera del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del Regno di Landopia) is the flag of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom. It consists of a navy blue cloth edged in gold in the center of which stands a circle of stars and in the center the words: "Standard of the President of the Council of Ministers". The banner is displayed at every official engagement of the president and on the vehicles that transport it. Flag of the Landopian Merchant Navy	1:2	The Flag of the Landopian Merchant Navy (italian: Bandiera della Marina Mercantile landopiana) is the national flag without the coat of arms but with a red circle and a white anchor in the center. The inscription inside the Flag, in capital letters, indicates the war motto of the Kingdom of Landopia: "For God and / the Fatherland". Flag of the Royal Navy	1:2	The Flag of the Navy of the Kingdom of Landopia (italian: Bandiera della Marina Militare del Regno di Landopia) is the military recognition flag for the military naval forces of the Kingdom. Every military vessel is obliged to display it at the stern and on the highest mast on the bridge.	Since 22 june 2024
Jack of the Royal Navy	1:1	The Bowsprit Flag of the Kingdom of Landopia (italian: Bandiera di bompresso del Regno di Landopia), or Jack of the Royal Navy, consists of a 1:1 flag, with an onion color formation: white, blue, white, blue. Inside the last square, the blue one, there are 3 gold lilies. The bowsprit flag is typically displayed by naval units of the Navy. Generally, the bowsprit flag is raised only in certain circumstances and in particular when the ship is not in motion, such as when it is stopped at anchor or moored to a buoy, or when the large bunting is displayed; in the United Kingdom, in ancient times, raising the jack was a signal to indicate the presence of a pilot on board. Roundel of the Royal Airforce	-	The Roundel of the Royal Airforce (italian: Coccarda alare della Regia Areonautica), is composed in the following manner: blue in the center, yellow immediately outside and blue on the edge.
