The First Tanishkaa Patranabish Ministry was formed on 22 February 2015 after the snap polls held for the office of the Prime Minister.
Background
Following the sudden resignation of Klarissa Sriraya on 27 December 2014 after ideological conflicts with Tanishkaa Patranabish, then Speaker of the Parliament, Varuna Sriraya was deputised to serve as the Acting Chairman of the Council of Ministers and remained in office until the election of Tanishkaa Patranabish as the Prime Minister.
