The City of Riversheart is a city of the Republic of Silofais, covering the majority of the Kansas City area.

The Petition of Incorporation for the city was undersigned and filed by Avro Keatings, along with and on behalf of ten other citizens of Silofais,[2] on August 13, 2017. The petition instituted the name and boundaries of the city, and over the following two weeks was subsequently verified by Chief Secretary Andrew Bevolo.

Riverheart was formally incorporated on the 26th of August, 2017, by a decree of the Chief Secretary.[3]

The city is governed by a three-person city council which, pursuant to the writ of election[4] issued by Chief Secretary Bevolo, will be elected on the 21st of October, 2017.
