The Arnisha Phatowali Ministry is the first union council of ministers of the Republic of Children's Group which was formed immediately after the declaration of formation of the nation on 15 April 2007. The ministry was headed by Prime Minister Arnisha Phatowali and remained in office until the resignation of Arnisha Phatowali on 31 December 2007.

The ministry has often been dubbed to be a "roleplay" ministry.

At the time of the formation of the ministry, the ministry only composed of three ministers including the prime minister herself. Varuna Sriraya, who later went on to succeed Prime Minister Phatowali, was the deputy prime minister and Tanishkaa Patranabish was a cabinet minister. Later, in a cabinet reshuffle held on 18 April 2008, two more ministers were appointed including Abhiraj Kar and Asmi Patranabis.
