Angelopia was the 6th State of Turto. It was designated by King Todd II as a territory due to political inactivity.
Government
Turtonian Law was not enforced in Angelopia, though crime was almost non-existent. Angelopia is deemed inactive, as it did not have a state government and as such was treated as a territory of Capital State and was regulated by the Central Turtonian Government.
