The first Secretary-General was Danny Clarke of the Dale Republic, who took office apon the creation of IMTO on the September 25th 2011, stepping down on December 17, 2011 in order for the IMTO to undergo reforms, promoting Alexander Eastwood to the position. Eastwood was ousted after losing a vote of no confidence on January 14, 2012, being replaced by John Gordon on January 16, 2012, after Gordon won an election, who in turn resigned after nearly destroying the organization, and was replaced by Casey Hamlin, who dissolved the organization on April 11, 2012.
