The Rmhoania Medal was a medal granted to the citizens of the Baustralian Empire and foreign citizens. The medal was always granted with one or more clasps and is to be worn as a replacement for the honours system of the now-dissolved diarchy. A clasp was created for each former honour which consisted of a shortened version of its name. No post-nominals existed for this medal. The medal was to be worn on the left side with the other national honours.

Seven clasps existed in three types, for those in the Empire, gunmetal; for those who used to be Rmhoanian, rose gold; and for those foreign, silver. On the ribbon bar, following the material scheme for the clasps, numbers were sewn on according to the number of awards given. This award was never worn, and was shortly phased out, with no mention of the medal in the most recent Acts of Parliament concerning honours.
