Resolution 07 of the General Assembly of the Coalition of United Micronations also known as Resolution 07 of the GACUM, Resolution 07 or Resolution 02 of the Fourth Session of the General Assembly of the Coalition of United Micronations was the unanimous decision by the General Assembly of the TCM to declare war on the Empire of Him, who had launched a cyber-attack on the CUM main communication site. The Resolution is the primary factor in the beginning of the Commonwealth - Empire War.
Ratification
On 24 August 2022, the leaders of the more active CUM Member states ratified the Resolution 07 and began the war well some who weren't in attendance.

We the representatives of the nations of the Coalition of United Micronations, acknowledge the actions committed by the Empire of Him to the main site of communications for this organization were disrupted and were seen as an act of war against the Coalition of United Micronations and we hereby employ an unanimous declaration of war against the Empire of Him and request to the commanders of the Joint Allied Response Defense Battalion of the TAMTORF, the Philosostan Volunteer Brigade (PVB) and Gormania Federal Overwatch (GFO) of the Taurstan Anarchist Federation, Democratic Armed Forces of the Ultra Democratic Republic of Referendums, and The Noble and Righteous Army of Grayson Country, to defend and protect the sovereignty and freedoms of the nations of the Coalition of United Micronations.

Aftermath
Following the adoption of Resolution 07, the Commonwealth - Empire War began.
