Grayson Moore was the founding father of the state of Grayson Country. His nation began the 2022 Arstotzkan Independence Crisis and was the newest "threat" in the eyes of the Arstotzkan Union, New Zealand's largest micronation. Grayson Country swore to never surrender and, under the leadership of their High Emperor evade all attempts at alliances or diplomatic ties with the Arstotzkan Union.

In June 2022 the Arstotzkan Union labelled Grayson Moore a "Threat to National Security" and an "Enemy of the Free People" under the Civil Protection Act 2021. Grayson Moore and CDG President Elijah Tibbits were both on the State Committee for National Security and Intelligence's Most Wanted list.

Following the Allied Annexation of Grayson Country in December 2022, Grayson Moore was moved into roles in the Arstotzkan Union that were more inline with benefiting the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

In 2023 Grayson became the Executive Councillor of the Grayson Administrative Region. Once again leading some remnants of Grayson Country. He still also serves as a Superintendent in the Northern Police Command and a Lieutenant in the 13th Training Battalion of the Arstotzkan Army Corps.
